Kevin Gates Found Guilty of Battery After Kicking Woman at Florida Concert: Kevin Gates was discovered blameworthy to battery in Polk County, Florida, on Wednesday (Oct. 26) after he was seen kicking a female fan amid a show in the city of Lakeland a year ago.
The judge sentenced Gates to 180 days in Polk County imprison, with credit for at whatever time served, and fines and court costs, WFLA reports. He was indicted by a jury of six ladies following one day of declaration.
Miranda Dixon, 18, confessed to having pulled on Gates' jeans amid the show at Rumor's Nite Club on Aug. 28, 2015. She said amid the trail, 'I was attempting to stand out enough to be noticed for my companion.'
Dixon's companion Teremal Redding affirmed too, saying she had requested that Dixon snatch Gates to stand out enough to be noticed 'on the grounds that he is a well known rapper.'
